Apple Crumble

Ingredients:

3 apples
3/4 cup brown sugar (you can use white too)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 pinches cinnamon powder
3/4 cup rolled oats
60 g butter (softened)
Coconut flakes
Butterscotch/Caramel sauce (optional)

Method:

1. Cut apples into quarters. Peel and cut-out cores.
2. Slice thinly and place them in a lightly-buttered ovenproof dish.
3. Take sugar in a bowl and combine the flour, oats and cinnamon powder with it.
4. Add the butter in and mix well using your fingers until the mixture is crumbly.
5. Spread a layer of the sauce (if using) over the apples.
6. Top the apples with the crumbly mixture and some coconut flakes.
7. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C (350 degree F) for 5 minutes.
8. Bake the apples for 45 minutes.

And VOILA!
