Raw Mango Summer Cooler (Ambi Panna)

One of my Grandma's amazing recipes.


Ingredients:

Raw mangoes
Some Jaggery
Salt and Pepper (as desired)
Some roasted cumin seeds (as desired)
Black salt (optional)
Some mint leaves

Method:

1. Peel the mangoes.
2. Cut them into wedges.
3. Boil them with some salt and jaggery.
4. Take them out and pass them through a sieve while adding some more water to it.
4. Add the pepper and cumin seeds.
5. Serve chilled with some mint leaves.
